Your call is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At any time, you can report the loss, submit the claim and schedule a repair appointment, choosing the location that best fits your schedule.
When you call to report the loss, you will need to provide your name as it appears on the policy, policy number, vehicle description (year, make and model) and date of the loss.
If the windshield can be repaired with a resin rather than completely replaced, Westfield waives your deductible. (Most windshield chips and dings under 6 inches in length can be repaired.)
Please note: Westfield Glass Service handles auto glass claims only. Claims that have both glass damage and vehicle body damage should be reported to your agent or claim service representative to avoid the deductible being applied to two separate claims. Westfield Glass Service does not handle third party glass claims.
