The work environment at Westfield varies depending on your location and your role...from our
Home Office campus, to our service offices, to employees who are mostly out in the field
working with customers and agents.
Home Office
Our Home Office environment consists of offices and cubicles, with beautiful decor chosen by a
professional interior designer to provide a pleasant place to work. Dress is business
appropriate...so you don't have to wear a suit every day. The Home Office is our largest
location, with 1,600 of our 2,500 employees based here. It is also where we entertain agents
and guests, so employees have access to the Westfield Group Country Club, Westfield Inn, Blair
Center conference facility, and Smucker Hall cafeteria.
Westfield's home office is located in
Northeast Ohio, in the town of Westfield
Center. We're part of the "Cleveland
Plus" region, the 12th largest region in
the U.S. and home to over 4 million
residents.

Service Offices
Each of our service offices has its own unique environment...with the same friendly atmosphere.
Dress ranges from business appropriate to casual depending on the office.
Westfield has nearly 40 service
offices throughout our operating states.
Field Representatives
For our employees in the field, their work environment is the offices and locations of the agents
and customers we serve. Some field employees are based out of their home, and some have space at
one of our nearly 40 service offices.
IT Employees
Most of our IT employees work in a different environment designed to be conducive to their work -
The Center for Innovation and Technology (CIT). At the CIT, employees can dress casually and wear
jeans. This building is newly renovated and fosters a collaborative IT environment.
