Westfield takes special care of our insureds during catastrophic storms. A Westfield Storm Team is sent to the damaged area to settle claims quickly and fairly.
- The service offices work directly with our independent agents to assess the number of claims and the need for storm teams in their areas.
- Experienced claims representatives company-wide volunteer to "follow the storms" and set up mobile claims offices in affected areas.
- Storm team claims representatives remain in the area until a vast majority of the claims have been settled.
- All of our claims are handled with a personal touch in a prompt, fair and professional manner.
