representing Westfield?s various divisions,
including personal lines, small business accounts,
AgriBusiness and commercial lines mid-market
accounts to join their customer council. The 2007
customer council was launched when Westfield hosted
a two-day event for council members and their
respective insurance agents. Council members were
selected based on their ability to effectively
manage risk and Westfield?s desire to leverage this
knowledge in developing improved insurance programs
for all of their customers.
