WESTFIELD CENTER, Ohio – At its 160th Annual Meeting held February 13, 2008, Ohio Farmers Insurance Company re-elected Susan Insley and Roger McManus and appointed David Hollander to its Board of Directors.

Insley is retired as executive vice president of Cochran Group, Inc., a communications consulting firm in Columbus, Ohio in December 2005. Previously, Insley was a former senior vice president of Honda of America Manufacturing in Marysville, Ohio and an attorney and partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease in Columbus, Ohio. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Camco Financial Corporation, Cambridge, Ohio; and an emeritus trustee of Ohio Northern University. Insley was elected to the Ohio Farmers Board of Directors in 1998 and was re-elected to serve a three-year term.  

McManus is chief operating officer of Westfield Group’s property & casualty operations. He has spent his entire insurance career with Westfield, beginning as a trainee in 1976. McManus has held various leadership positions within Westfield Group and most recently served as president of the property & casualty operations. He currently serves on the board of trustees of Heidelberg College, is a board member of the Insurance Information Institute, the American Institute of CPCU, Investors Southern/Southern Title Insurance Company, and Ward Group. He is also a member of the Medina County University Task Force. He was re-elected to serve a three-year term.

Hollander is retired from Accenture LLC, where he served as managing director until his retirement in 2007. Having spent his entire career with Accenture, he was most recently responsible for Accenture’s North American Life & Annuity practice as well as Accenture’s global life insurance software segments. David currently serves on executive committee of Pennsylvania Horticultural Society. He has been a past member of the CEO Council for the Philadelphia Region Chamber of Commerce and has been involved with United Way Services for many years. He was appointed to serve a three-year term.
