Westfield Group recently named Edward Largent as chief technology officer. In this capacity, he leads Westfield's information technology team.

Throughout his 19-year career, Largent has held various leadership positions within the Company, including vice president in the program management office and assistant vice president of information technology. Most recently, he served as senior executive, relationship manager in the Company's business solutions center, where he coordinated information technology services for commercial lines property and casualty business. Largent began his career at Westfield in 1986 as a programmer trainee.

"I look forward to working with Westfield's business operations as our technology team helps the Company enhance the peace of mind and promise of protection that we offer our customers," Largent said.

Holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University, Largent is a native of Boardman, Ohio, and a graduate of Boardman High School. He currently resides in Doylestown, Ohio.
